The Royal Hillsborough Ukulele Band and Regal Balladiers — R.H.U.B.A.R.B — raised an incredible £2,700 for Brainwaves NI through collections and event fees.
Geoff Moore, who battled a brain tumour 25 years ago and is an active member of the group, helped present the cheque. Jill Pinkerton, a member of Brainwaves NI, and her father were also involved.
A special thank you goes to every member of the group and to organisers Jonathan and James Stewart. Steve and Colin from Brainwaves NI were delighted to attend and were inspired by the energy and generosity of everyone involved.
